Capacity Building for the implementation of Sustainable Public Procurement in Mauritius
EMC supported the Government of Mauritius in operationalizing its Sustainable Public Procurement Plan by integrating sustainability into procurement and building capacity across five key sectors.
Gujarat Circular Economy Action Plan
The Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) initiated a Circular Economy Action Plan to transition the state from a linear to a circular model of resource use and resource recirculation. EMC supported this effort by developing a strategic, multisectoral roadmap aligned with CE principles.
Assistance to MoEFCC during G20
Under India’s G20 Presidency, EMC supported Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change (MoEFCC) to develop a comprehensive technical document on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and to facilitate global knowledge exchange to advance circular economy policies and practices.
