Environmental Management needs experts representing multiple domains and in some cases having locational or site specific expertise. The Associate Programme of EMC is essentially to establish a network of such domain and location specific environmental experts to strengthen its delivery of Services.

ECOnnection Hub is a not-for-profit initiative of EMC set up to catalyze environmental movements and to build Environmental Management capacities in urban areas. Targets include school children, college students, young professionals and environmental NGOs. EMC puts around 5% of its revenue in supporting the ECOnnection Hub.

Environmental Internship Programme (EIP) stems out of a need to provide students and young professionals an opportunity to understand the practicing world of Environmental Management. Many of the students under EIP have excelled after interning with EMC in shaping their Careers.
