Compliance & Effectiveness Audits

Compliance Audits include Regulatory and Site Audits, Internal Audits for EMS ISO 14001, ISO 9000 and OHSAS 18000 Audits for Mergers and Aquisition especially for liability assessment

Effectiveness Audits are equally important where the objective is to assess how well the systems have been functioning to meet the agreed objectives. These audits are typically programmatic, covering a number of projects that are financed through a fund or a programme. The auditing process looks at compliance related issues as well as effectiveness on the ground of the investments made to idenify corrective measures as well as document lessons learnt.
