Job Description: The job involves environmental impact assessment (EIA) of projects, planning and execution of baseline monitoring, preparation of Environmental Management Plans (EMP).
Qualifications: Post graduate degree in Environmental Science/Engg/Planning/Economics from reputed university.
Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in conduct of EIA and obtaining Environmental Clearance at State and Central level, familiarity with environmental safeguards of the World Bank/Asian Development Bank essential.
Skills: Report writing, Use math models for prediction and risk assessment, managing of survey teams, application of tools such as GIS preferred.
Code EMC/JobAdv/2009/2: Senior Auditor – EHS and Management Systems
Job Description: The job involves conduct of environment, health & safety audits, facilitate implementation of EMS ISO 14001, OHSAS 18000 standards and conduct of internal audits thereof.
Qualifications: B.E./ B. Tech (Civil/ Mech./ Chem./ Electrical)/ Post graduate degree in Environmental Science/Engg/Planning/Economics from reputed university, Lead auditor certification for EMS ISO 14001, OHSAS 18000 standards. Having BEE Certification of Energy Auditor/ Energy Manager will be an added advantage.
Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in conduct of energy, environment, health & safety audits for industries, familiarity with requirements of lenders and investors, Thorough knowledge of Indian Environmental and allied legislation is a must, understanding of Integrated Management System (IMS) desirable.At least 3 years of work experience in conduct of audits and implementation of management systems.
Skills: Report writing, conduct of training programmes.
