Evaluation of Status on Sewage Treatment Plants in Maharashtra |

EMC completed evaluation of the Status on Sewage Treatment Plants in Maharashtra for the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB). This evaluation was done using secondary data in a GIS framework. River water quality data reported by MPCB was analyzed and accordingly prioritization of STPs was carried out for compliance. An outline budget for upgradation of STPs was worked out focusing on the polluted stretches.
