Disha Mahajan

Programme Manager, Ekonnect

Disha capably conducts innovative programs in Environmental Management & Sustainability for Ekonnect. She also uses her training to support EMC’s projects under Biodiversity and Impact Assessment.

Disha earned her Master's in Environment Sciences from Fergusson College, Pune University and a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology, Mumbai University, India.

In her previous roles, she worked on projects centered on Climate Change and Sustainability, Forestry Carbon, Ecological Assessments, Environment Monitoring and Assessment. She also helps conduct unconventional training programs on various themes under Environment.

A systematic person, she has interned and volunteered at both nonprofits and consultancies on research, programme management and field studies. Her unique experience of both worlds, helps her offer unique perspectives adding value to projects. Disha is a forest and wildlife conservation enthusiast and an avid traveler.
