Lucille Andrade

Associate Vice President

Lucille is an environmental planning and systems specialist with over ten years experience in making businesses sustainable.

At EMC, she leads a team of specialists in environmental planning, science and geoinformatics to handhold businesses to improve their performance.

Her work involves assessment and management of impacts, design and establishment of management systems, and identifying environmental and social risks and opportunities in due diligence audits. Her team's work with an international wind major has led to a first of its kind study in India that harnesses the true potential of ‘green’ energy.

Her background training in Architecture from Mumbai University, India combined with Master’s in Environmental Planning from the prestigious CEPT University, India, helps her utilize design thinking for problem solving. Lucille’s view on environmental law as a planning tool led her to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma from National Law School University of India. An investigative mind, Lucille is a qualified Auditor for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 international standards.

Lucille lends her experience to prestigious academic institutions as a faculty for post-graduate students of this field.

Outside work she pursues the fading tradition of hand crafted crochet and has been in training on Indian classical vocals.
