Lucille has over ten years experience in the environmental and social domain. She has worked extensively with a number of international financial institutions in implementing their environmental and social safeguards for investments in India. At EMC, Lucille leads a team of environmental planners and scientists involved in conducting environmental and social due diligence, establishment and implementation of environmental and social management frameworks, capacity building, and environmental and social impact assessments.

Lucille holds a Master's degree in Environmental Planning from CEPT University in Ahmadabad and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Mumbai University. Lucille also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law from National Law School University of India. She is a trained Auditor for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 international standards.

Lucille also functions as a visiting faculty in various areas of environmental planning and management at leading post-graduation institutions in Mumbai
